Participant” / “they” / “customer” / “He/She” / “them” / “her”. “We” / “US” / “Company” means
Tourntourist.com, “Contractor” / “supplier” means the supplier of any infrastructure and includes
hotel management, airlines, caterers, restaurants, theme parks, museums, shipping art galleries etc.

Disclaimers:-
We take proper care to learn how to prepare brochures, price grid, Web pages and other

Helicopter Packages:-

Cancellation Of Booking By You:-
Do you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Such information,

Before the departure date of the trip or 30 days within a set time limit for payment of outstanding
travel costs or earlier- 20% of the Tour Cost
15-29 days prior to the date of departure of the tour- 50% of the Tour Cost
14 to 07 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour- 75% of the Tour Cost
Less than 06 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour- 100% of Tour Cost
NOTE: Apart from this in the case of third party products, the rules relating to cancellation
and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned third party service provider would be
applicable.
It may also be due to the inability to attend for any reason, including a clear understanding of
the purpose of this section of cancellation for any reason of illness, death, court orders, travel
documents is available between the parties. If you want to cancel your booking, you must inform us

Liabilities & limitations:-
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any
hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of
India, the same would be charged as extra.
Tourntourist.com – rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels,
airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of
such change – the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the
modifications by hotels or airlines.
Tourntourist.com – is a travel platform associated with various cab providers and hotels. We just
act as a mediator between the customers and the corresponding service providers. Our intention is
just to help customers getting easy access to the hotels and cab operators by providing an IT
infrastructure in the form of our website ( https://tourntourist.com/) As far as the vehicle is
concerned, we always allot your tour plan to the responsible and trustworthy cab operators and
ensure Drivers are professional and well trained. But, no one can predict accidents and that can
happen anywhere with anyone in any circumstances. With this clause, we want to clearly state that in
case of any accident and accident associated injury/death
Tourntourist.com will not be held responsible in any case. We do not offer any kind of Travel
Insurance services for our travellers. If any traveller has taken Travel Insurance, they can
directly get in touch with their insurance company. We will not be having any such liability to
compensate any losses of lives /casualty/sickness /injury during the travel, adventure rides,
adventure activities, jungle safari, water sports activities, trekking, snow games etc.
We also encourage our travellers (During Travel) to follow the guidelines released by the local
administration / Police/tourism authorities and associated agencies. We request our travellers to
not pressurize drivers in any way to drive in the night in hilly areas or in any accident-prone zone
/area. For safety of our travellers, we request them to update us or our cab manager ASAP if they
observe any rash driving from the drivers or any technical issues with the vehicle so that we can
get it resolved on a priority basis.
Tourntourist.com shall have no any liability to compensate change in program or expenses incurred or
special/consequential loss, injury and damage – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards,
flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport,
weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods,
fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft,
pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other
causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any
liability or extra expenses sustained by the Clients. Further, the Clients shall be liable for the
liability or extra expenses incurred by him/her as a result of the forgoing causes.
We-shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liability towards the Clients or his/her
legal representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries including
loss of services which the Clients may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any
transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers
providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of
transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control
of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in a common carrier or otherwise and
whether due to its or their negligence or otherwise or regardless of how caused. Clients using
sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear, hired or supplied by hotels or
rental bodies shall do so at their own risk.
Tourntourist do not offer any travel insurance policy/benefits covering the expenses for
accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons during the trip. Visitors are advised to
seek such insurance arrangements in their home country by the authorized travel insurance providers.
All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Tourntourist.com- reserves the right to cancel any services in case it deems that the tour, trip or
passage is impracticable for any reason or should circumstances warrant such action, upon refunding
the value thereof and the Client shall not have any other or further claim against the company by
any reason thereof.
tourntourist.com -reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any person whom it may
consider to be undesirable in its absolute discretion and it shall not be required to show any
reason for doing so.
Privacy Of Information:-
We attempt to support the right not to be public of the personal knowledge on condition that by you. however, it would be necessary for us to part this knowledge with cruise companies, air-transport businesses, hotels and other arm givers who would be making ready you arm during the journey. Assistance on Tour:-
lease promptly inform your Tour Manager of any grievances that you may have and immediately follow this up by writing to us. This will enable us to promptly rectify all genuine grievances in real time. If you fail to do this, you will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the services of the Company in full satisfaction and you shall be deemed to have no grievance or complaint in that regard. Any complaint made by you must be notified to the Company in writing within 28 days of the end of the tour. No claim notified to the Company outside this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
On behalf of the persons booked, I / We have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions, Price, Itinerary, Cancellation policy, a copy of each of which has been furnished to me / us. I / We being duly authorized by the said persons do hereby agree and accept the same for self and on behalf of the said persons assuming full responsibility. Customer’s payment made for the services according to the invoice attached at the beginning of this document implies clear acknowledgement & agreement of the terms & conditions above.
